Fixed Labor Rate - $65.00 per hour (1 hour minimum charge).
Hours - Available upon request.
If we can't fix it on site we'll take it with us. Pickup and delivery at no extra charge.

Virus and Spyware Cleanup: 1-2 hours
System Recovery (Windows Reinstallation): 2 hours
Data Backup/ Recovery: 1-5 hours
Network Repair/ Configuration: 1-2 hours
Annual Computer tune-up: 1 hour
Turnaround time is usually 2-3 days for computers that have to be taken off site for repair.
