I commute between San Jose and Sacramento for work 3 - 4 times a week, which means I am never in one place for more than 2 or 3 days. And that means that scheduling repairs and maintenance for all of my life's needs is challenging at best. So when I cranked up my laptop one Saturday morning and found I had serious techie problems, I panicked. I don't always have my team of professionals in place at both ends of my life, and trusting a new tech person is always nerve racking. Finding Carl through Craigslist was easy, and when I called him on that Saturday morning, he promised he would come to my house and fix my problems on the spot, that very weekend. Which is exactly what he did. Quickly, efficiently and without any drama. Perfect. I'll be using Carl again.

I would highly recommend Carl to anyone who's having computer issues. His work is excellent, and his low key, professional style is refreshing. He quickly repaired my iMac and saved me $500 when my only options were to by a new motherboard from Apple or to scrap the computer. Plus, he picks up and delivers!

I was so relieved for the help from Carl. He's the best at what he does! He's fast and makes everything easy for you. My computer was a mess, I thought I'd need to get rid of it and buy a new one, but Carl was able to do his magic and fix it completely. He's always available whenever you need him! Very accommodating, and works with your schedule. It's great knowing someone who's honest and as knowledgeable as he is. I highly recommend him.
